Refund Policy

1. There is nothing to buy today

Accretion: Clash of Planets is free to install and free to play on Android and on the web. There are no in app purchases, no subscriptions and no store. Lives, Stardust and skill cards are earned by playing or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad, which costs nothing. If anyone charges you money for Accretion, it is not us; tell us through the contact form.

2. When the Game does sell something

This section applies only once a purchase is possible, and we will update this page before that day.

Google Play purchases are made through Google, refunded through Google under Google Play's refund policy, and the final decision is Google's.
Web purchases would be sold by Tideglass Studio through a payment provider we will name here first.
Consumable items that have already been used, such as lives or Stardust spent in a run, are not refundable.
If a purchase did not deliver what it promised, or was made without your permission, contact us within thirty days and we will put it right or refund it.
Your statutory rights where you live are not affected by anything on this page.

We aim to answer every refund question within five business days.
